Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (delivery in 2-3 business days). International orders are shipped via USPS Global Express Mail or USPS Global Priority Mail (where available).
We keep the most popular Pimsleur courses in inventory. Products in stock are shipped the next business day or sooner. Please note, however, that less popular products may take 7-14 days to arrive.
Shipping costs are calculated from Ohio and usually range from $5 for those close to Ohio to $9 for those far away. International customers may also be responsible for customs duties of their respective countries.
Catee's Language World will be happy to accept returns of damaged, defective, and unopened products for 14 days after shipment. We will also remedy products that were shipped incorrectly. Unfotunately, we cannot accept returns of opened products.
